Great app but frequently flagging problems. It recently stopped working saying it needed updating but wouldn't update so, I decided to delete and re-install but now it won't install

This app is not as reliable as it use to be clearly connected but no paying out points
It's very hit and miss these days. Both me and my partner have it and she has no issues. I have it and I'll have 3 days of points in 9 days and nothing has changed. In the meantime they still gain data on me on the days they don't give points. Frustrating because there is no email contact to support, just a Q&A page that is of no use. (Update: got a new phone and it works fine now).

Absolutely great app, workd perfectly! Well.... that is until you put ur AMAZON, TESCO, ECT DETAILS IN FOR AN EXTRA 25 POINTS AND U WANT YO KNOW WHY? Well you get hacked..my amazon account was logged in by someone the other day... But don't worry bc gmails told me ur Ip adress ect and I'm coming for you... 🙃😈
